Managed multiple programs for an electric bus and battery manufacturer. Ran major stages of the build of their new battery plant that involved working with their Manufacturing Execution Systems team and vendor.  Initiated and managed a PLM program that involved working w two business units and IT teams to migrate to the latest stable version of Dassault 3DX CAD systems and later managed some  milestones for implementing their EBOM and MBOM, working closely w the PLM Services Vendor. Reported progress to CIO and Director of IT. Provided Program Manager, Communications Leader, and Application Lead roles to support the PLM practice. Instrumental in running and supporting vendor selection RFPs.

Led many ERP and EDI implementations successfully for an ERP Services Company. Managed Acumatica, NetSuite and Sage projects with complex user interactions.

Provided Program Management services to multiple complex programs for a Multilevel Marketing Company. This included  helping marketing to do a fast migration from Monday.com to Asana.

Supported oversight of major program to develop a specialized loan origination program and associated downstream systems. Responsible for roadmap identification, cross team collaboration, program metrics, and reporting, supporting the director of program management and working closely with the VP of Product. Worked closely with SaaS third party vendors and a techno-functional team with multiple complex workstreams.
